The hotel rooms are superbly clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering abundant natural light which was a pleasant surprise for my trip from the UK. The location, in the busy area of Johannesburg, was convenient for exploring the city but could be a bit overwhelming for some. The service was welcoming, professional, and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable.
